2. 3D Sculpting & Commercial Merchant Licensing

Vincica Miniatures Ltd manufactures physical 3D miniatures by combining full-colour multi-jet production technology with digital 3D meshes created by professional digital sculptors.

Strict Legal Restrictions:

  • Customers are strictly prohibited from 3D scanning, laser-digitizing, reverse-engineering, moulding, cold-casting, resin-recasting, or reproducing any physical figure purchased from Vincica Miniatures Ltd in any format, whether for commercial profit or personal distribution.
  • Any unauthorized recasting, digital reproduction, or distribution of physical figures or derivative digital files constitutes a willful infringement of the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and will result in immediate legal action, shop bans, and reporting to the original digital sculptors.

4. Historical Uniform Research & Public Domain References

Vincica Miniatures Ltd is committed to academic historical authenticity in uniformology.
