1. Produced-to-Order Manufacturing & Lead Times

All physical miniatures, regimental boxed sets, skirmish detachments, and expansion packs offered by Vincica Miniatures Ltd are manufactured to order using industrial multi-jet full-colour resin 3D printing technology.

  • No Pre-Printed Stock: We do not maintain stockpiles of pre-printed physical inventory. Manufacturing begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Production Lead Times: Orders are processed and printed in custom runs calibrated to your selected scale (e.g., 1/72 / 20mm or 28mm). Typical manufacturing lead times range from 5 to 10 business days prior to dispatch.

2. In-House Post-Processing & Tabletop-Ready Finishing

Before shipping, all printed miniatures undergo a specialized multi-stage post-processing workflow in our UK workspace:

  • Water-Soluble Support Removal: Figures are soaked in a warm, temperature-controlled water bath to completely dissolve external support structures without leaving mechanical scars, clipping marks, or damaged plumes.
  • UV Post-Curing: Miniatures undergo 360-degree UV light exposure to ensure full polymer cross-linking, surface hardening, and color stability.
  • Ready for the Table: Your figures arrive clean, fully cured, and free from support cages—ready to base and deploy directly to your wargaming table.

3. Pricing & Non-VAT Registered Status

  • Currency: All prices on vincicaminiatures.com are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP - £).
  • Non-VAT Registered Status: Vincica Miniatures Ltd is currently not registered for UK Value Added Tax (VAT). All store prices are final, and no UK VAT is added or charged at checkout for both domestic UK orders and international export shipments.
  • Final Store Prices: The price displayed at checkout is the final total price for your items (excluding shipping fees).

4. Domestic UK Shipping & Dispatch

  • Carriers: Orders within the United Kingdom are securely packaged in protective presentation or mailer boxes and dispatched using tracked postal services (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, DPD UK).
  • Delivery Timelines: Once manufactured and dispatched, domestic UK delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent automatically as soon as your order leaves our workspace.

5. International Shipping & Customs Tariffs

We ship to wargamers worldwide across Europe, North America, Australasia, and beyond.

  • International Carriers: Dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked, DPD International, DHL Express, or FedEx depending on destination and package weight.
  • Delivery Timelines: Standard international transit typically ranges from 5 to 12 business days.
  • Customs & Import Tariffs: For orders delivered outside the UK, the recipient is the importer of record. Packages may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by the destination country upon arrival. Vincica Miniatures Ltd is not responsible for local customs duties, tariffs, or import charges incurred at destination ports.

6. Address Accuracy & Refused Deliveries

  • Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or transit delays resulting from incomplete address details.
  • Refused Deliveries: If an international package is refused by the recipient due to unpaid local customs duties, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return courier charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
